Hey there you,
My mom used to clip out newspaper articles and send them to me in the mail. I didn’t always understand exactly why she clipped the things she did, but it was nice to know she was thinking about me, and I guess that was the point.
So whenever I come across something interesting, I clip it to share with you later. So this email is just a bunch of things I clipped out for you, and now is later.

Why it takes humor to sustain a long-term relationship.
“I’ve interviewed over 200 people around the question of “What is a Good Life?”, and relationships is the only theme that has emerged universally. Whether within my interviews, books on the regrets of the dying, or the Harvard Study of Adult Development (one of the world’s longest studies of adult life) they all point to the simple, but often ignored, significance of relationships and connections.”
“Kurt Cobain once reminisced that if he could do it all over again, he would go back to those moments before they became big. When they were touring in a van and they could feel things starting to happen for them. That was the most gratifying moment in his memory. If he had his choice, they would have stayed there forever.
Believe him. Celebrate smallness. Don’t rush past it too quickly. Embrace it. Relish it as a beautiful moment that we can only hold onto for so long.”

That’s it!
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m having a blast in the School of the Possible, reconnecting with old friends, and making new ones. Come hang out with us sometime soon.
Have a great weekend.
Wow! I loved the quote from Cobain!
